Car accident: Driving while Intoxicated
Our client, a young woman in her twenties, was struck by a drunk driver in his company vehicle causing her car to turn on its side. The driver was arrested and during the course of discovery it was determined that the driver had consumed drugs and alcohol before getting behind the wheel. Our client suffered from a fractured vertebrae. After the drunk driver’s deposition was taken, the case settled at mediation.
