Our client was one her way to work when an 18-wheeler dump truck failed to yield the right-of-way and crashed into her.  Our client’s vehicle was pushed into a drainage ditch and she suffered from numerous spinal cord injuries and a traumatic brain injury.  Through the use of experts, we were able to prove that the driver was negligent and were able to settle the case at mediation.
